We function as the GP and primary operating partner for our firm’s deals and serve as a “one stop shop”, starting from the initial opportunity identification, to strategic planning and design, structuring the financing (debt and equity) to perform on the acquisition, optimizing operations and construction, marketing and stabilizing projects, and thereafter capitalizing, re-capitalizing, or exiting opportunities to provide risk adjusted returns to our investment partners.
