Dunn Commercial is a full-service commercial real estate investment, asset management, and brokerage firm headquartered in West Palm Beach, Florida. The Dunns built the company around principles that reflect both their personal and professional values—integrity, transparency, and long-term thinking. Backed by an extensive track record of successful deal executions, and more than a decade of experience and deep market insight, the firm works with family offices and private investors across asset classes, providing a full suite of services including acquisitions and investment partnerships, asset and property management, property accounting and financial oversight, in-house development, and dedicated sales and leasing brokerage support.
Our vertically integrated platform offers direct visibility into each asset’s operational and financial performance, ensuring disciplined execution and strong alignment with investor objectives. Many of the firm’s client relationships stem from personal connections within the community, and the Dunns take pride in honoring that trust by delivering thoughtful, data-informed guidance throughout the entire life cycle of a commercial real estate investment.
Leadership
Darryn Dunn — Managing Partner
As the firm’s Founder and Managing Partner, Darryn oversees Dunn Commercial’s investment platform, acquisition and capital raising strategy, business development, property and asset management services, brokerage advisory platform, and client-facing initiatives. Darryn began his commercial real estate career in 2012– and has since successfully participated in the acquisition, redevelopment, stabilization, and management of more than 1,500,000 square feet of commercial properties across asset classes and more than $230,000,000 in deal volume. He has developed comprehensive expertise across the full commercial real estate life cycle, including sourcing, underwriting, capital planning, acquisitions and dispositions, repositioning, leasing execution, and long-term asset management. Known for identifying value-add opportunities and pairing strategic insight with hands-on execution, Darryn’s work has been featured in The Real Deal and the South Florida Business Journal. His leadership reflects a disciplined, practical, and relationship-centered approach shaped by deep knowledge of the local market.
Rebecca Dunn — Chief Operating Officer & Qualifying Broker
Rebecca directs Dunn Commercial’s operational, financial, and brokerage compliance functions. Prior to co-founding the firm, she served as a project manager for a well-regarded commercial developer in Palm Beach Gardens, where she helped coordinate large-scale initiatives including a 1,200-acre master-planned community, a 44-acre industrial development, and a 113,000-square-foot specialty warehouse facility. A graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a degree in Economics and Finance, she brings a detail-oriented and process-driven perspective to the firm’s operations.
Collectively, the Dunns structured, steady leadership ensures that each client engagement is managed with clarity, consistency, and an unwavering commitment to long-term success.
The Dunns reside in Jupiter, Florida, with their daughter, Emma, and value time spent outdoors, unplugging in the mountains of Colorado, being with friends and family, and being active participants within the community they are proud to call home.
