Darryn Dunn — Managing Partner
As the firm’s Founder and Managing Partner, Darryn oversees all aspects of the firms advisory, consulting, brokerage, and investment practices. Darryn began his commercial real estate career in 2012– and has since successfully participated in the acquisition, redevelopment, stabilization, and management of more than 2,000,000 square feet of commercial properties across asset classes and more than $230,000,000 in recent deal volume. He has developed comprehensive expertise across the full commercial real estate life cycle, including sourcing, underwriting, due diligence and deal strategy, capital planning, acquisitions and dispositions, repositioning, leasing execution, portfolio structuring, and long-term asset management. Known for identifying value-add opportunities and pairing strategic insight with hands-on execution, Darryn’s work has been featured in The Real Deal and the South Florida Business Journal. His leadership reflects a disciplined, practical, and relationship-centered approach shaped by deep knowledge of the local market.
Rebecca Dunn — Chief Operating Officer & Qualifying Broker
Rebecca directs Dunn Commercial’s operational, financial, and brokerage compliance functions. Prior to co-founding the firm, she served as a project manager for a well-regarded commercial developer in Palm Beach Gardens, where she helped coordinate large-scale initiatives including a 1,200-acre master-planned community, a 44-acre industrial development, and a 113,000-square-foot specialty warehouse facility. A graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a degree in Economics and Finance, she brings a detail-oriented and process-driven perspective to the firm’s operations.
Collectively, the Dunns structured, steady leadership ensures that each client engagement is managed with clarity, consistency, and an unwavering commitment to long-term success.
The Dunns reside in Jupiter, Florida, with their daughter, Emma, and value time spent outdoors, unplugging in the mountains of Colorado, being with friends and family, and being active participants within the community they are proud to call home.
