Darryn Dunn — Founder & Managing Partner
Darryn Dunn is the Founder and Managing Partner of Dunn Commercial, where he leads the firm’s brokerage and advisory practice focused on landlord representation, leasing, and investment sales across Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast.
Over the past 14 years, Darryn has built a reputation as a trusted advisor to commercial property owners throughout South Florida. His experience spans more than 2,000,000 square feet of commercial assets and over $230 million in recent deal volume across office, medical, flex, and industrial properties.
Darryn’s background includes participation across the full lifecycle of commercial real estate — from acquisition and underwriting to repositioning, leasing strategy, asset management, and disposition. This owner-minded perspective allows him to approach each assignment with a clear understanding of both investment performance and market dynamics.
Known for his relationship-driven approach and deep knowledge of the Palm Beach County market, Darryn works closely with landlords and investors to unlock value within their assets and execute transactions with precision. His work has been featured in The Real Deal and the South Florida Business Journal.
A Jupiter native, Darryn lives in Palm Beach County with his wife Rebecca and their daughter Emma.
Rebecca Dunn — Chief Operating Officer & Qualifying Broker
Rebecca directs Dunn Commercial’s operational, financial, and brokerage compliance functions. Prior to co-founding the firm, she served as a project manager for a well-regarded commercial developer in Palm Beach Gardens, where she helped coordinate large-scale initiatives including a 1,200-acre master-planned community, a 44-acre industrial development, and a 113,000-square-foot specialty warehouse facility. A graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a degree in Economics and Finance, she brings a detail-oriented and process-driven perspective to the firm’s operations.
Collectively, the Dunns structured, steady leadership ensures that each client engagement is managed with clarity, consistency, and an unwavering commitment to long-term success.
The Dunns reside in Jupiter, Florida, with their daughter, Emma, and value time spent outdoors, unplugging in the mountains of Colorado, being with friends and family, and being active participants within the community they are proud to call home.
