What began as working alongside investors to acquire and reposition distressed assets evolved into a fully integrated platform—supporting acquisitions, managing assets, executing leasing strategies, and advising on portfolio growth.
Today, we continue to operate with the same foundation: alignment with ownership, disciplined execution, and a focus on long-term value creation.
Darryn Dunn — Founder & Managing Partner
Darryn Dunn is the Founder and Managing Partner of Dunn Commercial, where he advises commercial property owners and private investors throughout South Florida, with a particular focus on Palm Beach County and the Treasure Coast.
Darryn has spent his career working closely with owners and investors across acquisitions, leasing, repositioning and investment sales. His experience extends beyond the transaction itself, having worked alongside ownership to acquire properties, develop and execute business plans, reposition assets, oversee capital improvements and implement leasing strategies designed to create long-term value.
That hands-on asset experience continues to shape his approach today. Darryn’s practice is centered around two areas: representing landlords in the leasing and positioning of their commercial properties, and working alongside investors to identify, evaluate and acquire assets for their portfolios. He approaches each assignment with an owner’s perspective—focused not simply on completing a transaction, but on understanding the real estate, the investment strategy and the objectives behind it.
A lifelong Palm Beach County resident, Darryn has developed longstanding relationships with property owners, investors, brokers and other market participants throughout South Florida. Those relationships, combined with deep local market knowledge and practical experience at the asset level, allow him to bring clients market insight, strategic perspective and disciplined execution across each assignment.
Darryn has been recognized as a CoStar Power Broker, and his work has been featured in regional and national commercial real estate publications.
A Jupiter native, Darryn lives in Palm Beach County with his wife Rebecca and their children, Emma and Jack.
Rebecca Dunn — Chief Operating Officer & Qualifying Broker
Rebecca directs Dunn Commercial’s operational, financial, and brokerage compliance functions. Prior to co-founding the firm, she served as a project manager for a well-regarded commercial developer in Palm Beach Gardens, where she helped coordinate large-scale initiatives including a 1,200-acre master-planned community, a 44-acre industrial development, and a 113,000-square-foot specialty warehouse facility. A graduate of Florida Atlantic University with a degree in Economics and Finance, she brings a detail-oriented and process-driven perspective to the firm’s operations.
Collectively, the Dunns structured, steady leadership ensures that each client engagement is managed with clarity, consistency, and an unwavering commitment to long-term success.
The Dunns reside in Jupiter, Florida, with their children, Emma and Jack, and value time spent outdoors, unplugging in the mountains of Colorado, being with friends and family, and being active participants within the community they are proud to call home.
