Darryn Dunn is the Managing Partner of Dunn Commercial, where he leads the firm’s integrated approach to investment, management, and brokerage for our clients and investors across South Florida’s commercial real-estate market. With more than a decade of experience, Darryn has built a reputation for identifying value-add opportunities, executing strategic acquisitions and capital partnerships, and overseeing the full lifecycle of commercial assets—from acquisition and repositioning, to leasing and operational strategy, and to long-term management and disposition. Whether working with family offices or private investors, Darryn brings the mindset of principal-owner and aims to align interests transparently and effectively.

His real-estate career began in 2012, when he joined a local firm specializing in REO and distressed properties, before earning his Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license in 2014 and expanding into underwriting, acquisitions, brokerage, management, and deal structuring. Since then, Darryn has been directly involved in the acquisition, repositioning, and management of millions of square feet of commercial property throughout South Florida, creating significant long-term value for investors and partners alike.

At Dunn Commercial, Darryn oversees all aspects of the firm’s operations, guiding its vertically integrated model that spans investment sourcing, property and asset management, leasing and sales consulting and brokerage advisory services, and in-house development and redevelopment. His leadership emphasizes both strategic vision and operational precision—ensuring that every asset is not only acquired intelligently but actively managed to achieve its full performance potential.

A native of Jupiter, Florida, Darryn combines deep local market expertise with an investor-first mindset. He understands the nuances of tenant demand, construction and repositioning costs, and market timing, enabling him to deliver tailored strategies that align with investor goals. His work has been recognized in leading industry publications, including The Real Deal and South Florida Business Journal, reflecting his standing as a trusted voice in the regional commercial real-estate community. 

Outside of work, Darryn enjoys life in South Florida with his wife, Rebecca, and their young daughter, Emma. When not in the office or on-site, he can often be found golfing, paddle-boarding, or spending time with family and friends.

Rebecca Dunn is the Chief Operating Officer and Broker at Dunn Commercial, where she leads day-to-day operations and oversees teams across multiple commercial real estate projects. With a background in investment analysis and project management, she brings clarity and direction to every phase of development.

A licensed commercial real estate broker, Rebecca holds a B.S. in Economics and Finance from Florida Atlantic University.
